Tree roots raising pavement causing trip hazard

The roots from trees in The Elms are pushing up through the pavement footpath that runs along the back of The Elms / Elms Park (from Elms Road), causing a trip hazard.

  • The pavements around repairs and drains are deplorable. Who is responsible for teir maintenance - and when are they going to be repaired/improved?
