Broken Give Way Sign Mounting
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 11:22, Wed 10 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
The brackets holding this sign to the post are broken, so that the sign has slid to the bottom of the pole. This situation is dangerous because the sign is easy to miss if it gets misaligned. We have had a near miss because of this.

Sounds about right.
Just over a month to investigate it.
Now just over an month to consider repairing it.
Whereas in an ideal world, the person who investigated it, could have brought some new brackets with him and repaired it there and then.
OCC, someone really needs to investigate your work practices and stop you wasting tax payers money.

The brackets have been fixed but the pole is at an angle that puts the sign in the hedge - useless. This job was half-done.

Oh dear. Only in Oxfordshire. Nice to know that it's not just pot holes they cannot fix properly either.
