Camber of the pavement outside 1 Palmers
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 12:53, Tue 9 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Since the pavement has been resurfaced when it rains the water runs into the gateway of 1 Palmers making a 10cm deep puddle. This did not happen prior to the resurfacing and has been previously reported after the work was completed but nothing done. Please can this be rectified before the winter as we have to wade out of the property when it rains!
Despite the involvement of our County Councillor still nothing has been done about this. It was first reported in August 2018. What is the point of having a system to report problems when they are just ignored?

On 9th July this was passed for investigation. I wonder quite what that means? With the on-going rain issues we are now having to continually wade in and out of our property. This has been a problem since the path was resurfaced in August 2018. Such a poor job was made of this resufacing that the complete path is falling into disrepair. Even our County Councillor has not been able to get this resolved. I appreciate that this is a small problem in view of the general state of the roads around Wantage but it is starting to affect our daily life as we continually have to wade through water, which we didn't do before the council 'improved' the path!
