Hedges not cut properly

A few weeks ago the hedge on Northcourt Lane was cut by the the Highways agency. Although this was done with little finesse, and the end result did not look good at all. Sadly the tidy up of the trimmings left a lot to be desired. Much appeared to have been taken away but a considerable amount was just pushed under our hedge, which is on the inside of the hawthorn hedge that was trimmed by the agency. The branches were just dropped onto the young, new hedge plants that were growing to fill these apparent 'gaps' in the hedge and were in great danger of being broken or smothered. I removed the branchs from their position of damaging the young hedge plants and rang the Agency to let them know that there was a considerable amount of tidying to do to remove the debris from the verge, along with some quite large branches, approximately 6-7cm in diameter and 3-4 metres long that were left hanging in the hedge in great danger of being blown onto pedestrians or passing cars. I did this a couple of days after the hedge was cut. Please could someone be sent out to rectify the situation and tidy up the lane so that passing vehicles are not damaged, pedestrians do not need to worry about the branches falling on their heads etc and also inform the workers that mow, that it is fine to mow back the weeds on the supposed grass verges as they do on the concrete alleyways nearby.
