Shade/diffuser missing off street light
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 10:48, Mon 8 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Resident reported that street light 4 or 5? does not have the diffuser on it. The light was been attended to 4/5 weeks ago but after this visit the diffuser has been missing from the lamp. The light is on but there is very little glow. Street light is on the side of Brackendale and has a local bus timetable attached to it.

Thank you for your update. Sadly it looks like it might not have been the correct unit as the resident that reported the fault has called this morning to say the light still hasn't been fixed. She says it's the lamp post with a community bus timetable attached to it. She thought it was light no. 4 or 5 but wasn't sure.

Ref:00356656 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
