Thank you for your report. This vegetation is not the responsibility of highway, although as it is affecting our footway, I have arranged for this to be added to our programme to be cut. All areas which affect the public highway have been programmed to be cut, which are from number 9 to opposite number 56 Hereford way. I cannot give you an exact date at present.

Thank you for the update - it's worst than i thought - as you pull out of the close housing No 11 - 31, the visibility of ongoing traffic is very very poor so the sooner it could be cut back the better - I do appreciate the vegetation is not the highways responsibility

Please see a further photo showing the obstruction the vegetation is causing in Hereford Way - as you can clearly see it has taken over the path which pedestrians can no longer use - this is opposite no 56 - yesterday morning one of the residents who live in the close 11-31 Hereford Way pulled out of the close but had to pull out so far because the vegetation is causing a blind spot she was met a vehicle head on driving down into Hereford Way, luckily both were very slow and managed to avoid each other - the next time may not be so lucky. This is now an urgent issue which needs to be addressed before someone is hurt!

The hedge has grown across the footpath. It now is dangerous for road traffic as it obstructs the already limited view on the corner which is limited to one way by parked vehicles.

This overgrowth of vegetation now clearly blocking the pedestrian walk way is now very very dangerous, for both pedestrians and motorists.
The bushes are now overhanging well over the pavement from 9 - 56 Hereford and is causing a major blind spot for motorists.

Since the first report in July 2019 the situation is getting worst, the vegetation is now encroaching over the pedestarian path between no 9 and no 56 Hereford Way and is causing a very dangerous blind spot for motorisits - there is will be a head on collision soon if the area is not cut back.
