Junction of Kingston rd with LEckford rd, Oxford

Can you review the location and the composition of the cast iron bollards, particularly on the corner junction of Leckford and Kingston Roads? We make this request because they are too close to the curb line currently. They have been hit frequently (requiring remedial cement repair work) by on coming traffic turning into Leckford Road. In order to avoid the bollards, it is necessary to oversteer into oncoming traffic. An alternative would be set them further back and to use the reboundable Manchester bollard described in your proposal above.
