Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
A neighbours plant has grown over the pavement. it takes up the whole pavement. Please can you write to the resident who owns this and ask them to cut it back. In the dark you can't see down the pavement and it is hard to pass with a push chair or if my mother visits she has to go on the grass which is sometimes soaked and muddy from the rain.
