Road sinking and cracking up, under weight of buses.
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 22:36, Tue 2 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
The road surface between the Mandhill close bus stops on Main Street has deteriorated to a point where there are cracks, potholes-and sunken areas. These are responsible for increased traffic noise and shockwaves that can be felt inside adjoining properties. This has been reported before and ignored. It is now at a stage where only a resurface of the road will secure a meaningful repair.

There still hasn’t been any action whatsoever towards the appalling condition of the road. Noise pollution is now at an totally unacceptable level and something needs to be done about it now, not in six months! Is this website just a tool to park the public’s observations until they have had enough and give up? If so I will save my time and energy and write to the press.

Still a mess and getting continually worse. Investigation began in July 2019 - I know your inspectors cover large areas but I'd have though 6 months is long enough for him to have gotten round to having a look at this...
