Traffic lights been say there for 2 months still haven’t been taken from the water board

Temporary traffic d lights were put in use back in late April/early May from Thames Water and they finished ages ago and the highways team still haven’t taken the lights and signs down so now they are in the path one end along with the signs and still in the road the other end.
