Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Due to building work there is only one entrance to the Kings Road car park and as such the roundabout is getting more use. It is at the brow of a hill with very poor visibility when exiting. There is also no traffic calming measures (therefore driving too fast) and limited warnings for traffic continuing north/south along Kings road meaning they do not have time to abide by the rules of the Highway Code (give way to vehicle on the right or already on the roundabout). The back of my car was nearly smashed by someone coming up the hill and not realising there was a roundabout there today! I’m amazed there haven’t been more accidents already. It seems a lot busier since the other car park exit was closed.
