Closed
No road signage
Reported in the Highway Schemes category anonymously at 16:46, Mon 24 June 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
Mill Lane Road crossroads has been permanently closed and a new (very narrow) road opened through a new housing development nearby to replace it. There is no road signage to explain the new route to road users. This is causing buses to be diverted around alternative routes, as they think this is just a temporary road closure.

And a month later there is still no diversion sign! There is a road closed sign at the old entrance to Mill Lane but there should also be a diversion sign to point the unwary towards the new Mill Lane entrance.
This is really unacceptable, although totally unsurprising as Bloor Homes, the developers, appear to be able to do what they want.
