Parked/Abandoned caravan on street

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 1 minute later
This ancient caravan has been parked on the street for several days. It does not belong to the houses on this part of our street. It is causing major problems with visibility for cars emerging from our properties and is also restricting width of a not over wide road. It does not have a proper number plate - only a handwritten piece of cardboard - and it is not lit at night. You will also observe from the photograph that it is parked with one wheel partially on the pavement.
