Scaffold erected at Causeway Dental Practice (Bicester) with no pavement license displayed

Reported anonymously at 22:21, Wednesday 19 June 2019

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

There is scaffolding erected outside the Causeway Dental Practice (23 Causeway, Bicester OX26 6AN) that has not got a laminated license attached to the apparatus. This breaches the conditions set out by Oxfordshire County Council for the erection of scaffolding or other structure on, adjacent to, or over a public highway. As a member of public, it is therefore questionable as to whether the company who has erected the scaffolding has been granted a pathway license and whether they have public liability insurance; this offers no protection to members of the public!

The scaffolding has been erected by Oxfordshire Scaffolding Solutions Ltd.
