Comes dropped in cycle lane causing hazard for cyclists.

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category by Paul Cooper at 21:04, Wednesday 19 June 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Third time of reporting! Cyclists coming out of Banbury turning the corner on the cycle path on the East side of Southam road find cones dumped in the path. A couple of weeks ago it was diversion signs for motorists. Please either stop causing the hazard or put out signs for cyclists to warn them, (and plan a diversionary route).
