Poor visablity

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 15:09, Wednesday 19 June 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later

Chestnut Drive Drayton is opposite Sutton Wick Lane. Chestnut Drive a development of 'new' houses. The new junction is very unsafe for drivers turning left and right onto Abingdon Road. This is due to the excessive speed of the traffic and poor visibility. Crossing the road to catch school buses, especially at school run times, is also unsafe due to the speed, visability, lighting and lack of permanent footpaths. A crossing needs to be installed alongside speed reduction, and traffic calming measures. A serious collision or casualty is inevabitle if this is not addressed.
