There are numerous potholes down the A338 in the centre. You have only fixed some of them. Wheels can easily get caught in these ruts. And why have you changed your website? It is now long winded - perhaps that is your goal! Please raise a complaint

I do not understand your criteria. It is an arbitrary one that has no bearing to the driving conditions. Some of these country roads have barely any surface so once you go through the tarmac you very quickly get to the stones underneath. These are long ruts and if a wheel gets stuck in them a car can easily lose control. Why fix some and not others? You said this before and then a few months later went to fix some of them.
