Big trees on the footpath off from Cogges Hill Road near 40&42 needs pruning. The location is - Coggess Hill Road cul de-sac where the surgery & pharmacy is located there is footpath off near House 40 &42. Member concerned about health and safety of residents in the area.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely maintainable by the District Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01993 861 000
