Dangerous garden wall, already partially collapsed

The house is at the western corner of Radley Road and the unmade lane between the backs of St Johns Rd and Swinburne Rd. The garden wall is massively overgrown with ivy and has partially collapsed into the lane, restricting access. The wall appears to be in danger of further collapse. This issue has been present since the early part of the year, January or February
