Controlled crossing of Headley Way (eastern half) leads to uncontrolled crossing of service road, but there are no dropped kerbs on the far side of the service road (outside Mediterranean Fish Bar). This is a serious omission in the recently-completed works.

Thank you for your report. These works are planned along with resurfacing the footway in front of the shops and repair of the failed trench on the service road.
