Overgrown trees and shrubs along a footpath from Daisy Bank/Abbey Fishponds to Audlett Drive

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

I reported this problem in October 2018. I received a response to say that letters had been sent to nearby residents, but no action has been taken to clear the path, which is now not accessible in parts. See attached photo - clearly a wheelchair user would not be able to access. The issue would benefit from council action, rather than relying on a resident to clear the path. There are various issues along the path, the problem doesn't lie with one resident and needs a holistic solution.

A summary of the problem: Overgrown trees and shrubs along a well used footpath from Daisy Bank/Abbey Fishponds to Audlett Drive (crossing leading to Thames View road). This footpath connects to various residential areas and is a key route into the town centre. I had spoken to the Vale of White Horse District and the County Council and neither seemed particularly knowledgeable as to who should have ownership of the path maintenance (even though Oxford City cut the grass nearby).
