Parking at a road junction obstructing pavements and driver’s view

Our problem involves the ridiculous people (many of whom don’t even live in Brunswick Place, but actually reside in West Street) parking cars and commercial vans on the pavement and road at the T-junction in Brunswick Place, obstructing the road and forcing Brunswick Place residents to turn the corner into the road on the opposite side of the road (against other drivers head on). These inconsiderate drivers have parked their cars/vans in contravention of rules 242 & 243 of the Highway Code. The issue has been getting increasingly worse over the last 6 months. Please consider putting some double yellow lines around the junction before an accident happens to either an innocent pedestrian or motorist!!
