  • My name is Mr Craig Wise i'm contacting you on behalf of Mr Chris Gray 20 Hilton rd Banbury he is the gentleman who's mobility car had the back windscreen smashed by a falling branch last week Mr Gray is registered disabled and with this tree is unable to use his driveway or park at front of his property due to fear of another incident of this nature happening again, he also struggles to walk when the affids droppings are coming down due to the sticky residue that drops ,i myself and Mr Gray have contacted local councillor on numerous occasions with regards to this tree dropping dead branches and droppings on cars and as Mr Gray is now disabled and unable to walk very far and having a disability car which he can't afford for the damage that this tree is causing to the paint work and now the smashed window which has cost him £50 excess we feel that the tree is a danger to properties, cars and even pedestrians due to its size so close to houses if the size was at least halved and dead removed it would make his life a lot easier. Yours Craig Wise
