To: OCC Highways Dept Brize Norton Parish Council has been approached by the Parochial Church Council of St Britius Church, Brize Norton, to request the restoration of the gated entrance to a waste plot of land opposite St Britius Church. There is evidence of the original gated entrance: a dropped curb to Carterton road and discrepancy in the line of the wall, along with a 1 meter area of tarmac that extends into the wasteplot at this point. (See photos, attached) Would you; 1. Review your archives to see if an application was made to close this gated entrance at some distant past date. 2. Outline the process for applying to restore the gate access.
