Overhanging bushes, brambles and shrubs, The attached picture was taken in May. the situation is far worse now.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

This refers to the footpath between Witan Way and The Wharf (I think this is known as footpath 13) The path is now obstructed by overhanging foilage and brambles. Mobility scooters etc must take to the muddy edges of the path to get past, also the branches etc. are at head height for children. Sooner or later someone will receive an injury, possibly in the eye. The state of this footpath is a continuing problem due to the fact that residents whose gardens back onto the footpath do not keep their bushes etc./ trimmed. As stated the photo is a month old and the situation is now much worse.
