  • Thank you for your report. After visiting site, vehicles were parked on footway, which is possibly what has caused damage. Please advise which shop it is located near to and provide photo if possible. Regards

  • This is adjacent to the access way to Nichols House. 4 Thame Road OX39.

There is also a query as to whether the access is adopted or not as there is damage to a different manhole.

  • Thank you for your update - please can you provide photos of both manholes you are reporting and exact locations - also are they both in the footway? If it is not adopted highway then you would need to report these directly to the utility company. I am checking with our Highway Records to see if it is. Regards

  • Thame Road is highway so the tarmac is ours but the concrete bits by Nicholls House are not, can you advise if it is on the concrete area? Thanks.
