Blocked drain at the bottom of church street. during heavy rain road floods at the dead end which is also the back entrance to the old peoples home.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

This is a persistent problem with blocked drains at the bottom of church street due to the gradient of the road and soil erosion from the village being swept down church street in heavy rain. despite repeated requests to west oxon council to machine sweep the lower end of church street it has never occured. a main concern is that there is a door at the bottom of church street used by an old peoples home. if that door was opened when the water pools at the bottom of the road some of the old people might get a surge of water.
