Over grown hedges, sunken footpaths, more bins needed

Most of the yellow brick road has sunken this is an accident waiting to happen, people with poor mobility or on mobility scooters will have great difficulty in areas this really needs looking at before there is an accident. Hedges have grown so much that they are blocking most of the footpath behind blackwater way, infact this morning I nearly got knocked over by a bike who clearly wasn't going to move surely these can get cut back so the path is clear. ladygrove also needs bins!!! I collect roughly a bag of rubbish everyday this is terrible considering the amount we pay in council tax ladygrove is looking very run down. come on it doesn't take much to keep it looking nice.
