Thames Water has been out to investigate a reported leak for H&S and determined this is not clean water leak. This is spring water that gets worse w/ rain and becomes slippery in this area. Per the report to Thames Water, someone has already slipped today and was sent to hospital. Please investigate - 7 Mascord Rd, OX16 0NQ.

We are working with BT to channel the water into the highway drainage. Work expected to commence in summer of the new financial year 2021-22

Oxfordshire Highways are planning work in collaboration with Open Reach to divert water from their cable ducts into the highway drains to remove the surface water erupting from the ducts onto the road surface. Work being planned for 2021/22 financial year.
