Drain in gutter is totally blocked with silt and rubble

This is probably caused by the all the mess being generated by Bovis development opposite. A street sweeper regulary goes up and down Springfield Road redistributing the muck and mud from the site from one place to another and filling up the drain with it. When it rains we have a torrential muddy river looking for the next drain near Hallet Close. I also think that some rubble has got into the main drain partially blocking it. I think the problem has been present for some time but recent heavy rain has shown how bad it is.
