Thank you for your report. This is a new crossing and not yet complete, hence the lights are not flashing. I have been informed this will be completed shortly. Regards

When will this be completed? Work started on this crossing at the start of April. It is now June. It has been more hazardous trying to get down and across the road since the work started than it was before, and it has been pretty dangerous since the building work started. Any reputable contractor provides a suitable, safe alternate pedestrian route when they will be obstructing the pavement, but Beechcroft have not done so.

It is nearly 2 more weeks, and still no working crossing. How long is "shortly" please?
