Large overgrown tree on verge,attracts fly tipping and grows over our elderly neighbours boundary hedge,which they struggle to prune back on a set of small stepladders,Ithink it should be removed.

  • We have visited site and assessed the tree in its location. The tree is on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the tree is growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
