Area of subsidence on main carriageway (Tythrop Way)

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 17:45, Monday 3 June 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

There is an increasing area of subsidence on the bypass road just on the north-west bound side of the main road (just beyond the exit point from Vane Road). This causes large or "2-piece" vehicles to drop down with a very loud bump which is a significant and increasing noise disturbance to nearby residents and presumably causing further damage to the highway. This is the case with vehicles travelling at more than 25 mph (speed limit is 40 mph on this stretch).
