School children's safety railings bent following collision
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 21:13, Fri 31 May 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
These railings are at the point in Wychwood Paddocks where school children cross the road, from the school alleyway (between numbers 15 and 16) into the school field opposite. The railings have been bent for years but recently a vehicle (no witnesses) gave them a further hefty whack. They probably still do their job but are at a severe angle and the leading corner impedes passage along the pavement, and they look bad.
