Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
It is impossible to use the pavement alongside this 15 metre hedge which has grown over the pavement forcing people with pushchair or mobility scooters into the road. I have reported this to Sovereign housing as it is one of their properties but nothing has been done.

This has been cut back - but not by the housing association that is responsible for it.

Only half the length of this hedge was cut back by a group of volunteers. There is a further length of the hedge (approx 10 meters in length) that still needs to be drastically cut back as it protrudes over the pavement by a meter from the property boundary.
