Major (my opinion) damage at road entrance

Over the past 3 to 4 years, Copperfield Close has deteriorated (significantly in the past year) and every rainfall we get sees minor flooding at the entrance to the road and more damage resulting. This defect does not need a pothole repair in my opinion; it needs resurfacing. I am also aware that it carries a low priority as it is not a through road; however, continuous use of the road by residents, delivery vehicles, Biffa Waste lorries etc means even more damage to the road. If the road deteriorates much further, vehicles may become damaged by driving over this exceptionally rough piece of road.
