Sheep Street Bicester - Dangerous parking

The double yelllow lines have almost faded away along Street, Bell Lane and Victoria Road. Vehicles are frequently parked either side of Sheep Street and danger is caused to motorists using Sheep Street as the road becomes single file and you are faced head-on with vehicles coming around 90 degree blind bends at either end of the road. This problem has been raised before and no action has been taken by OCC.
