  • Hi, I am the owner of Dolphin Gallery at 23/24 Market Place, Wantage, OX12 8AE and we have big problems with rain water not being properly carried away across the pavement and causing the timbers of the Grade 2 listed building to rot. Two rainwater pipes just pour onto the pavement and inadequate to the building is causing structural damage. See attached photo's. The ideal solution would be buried piping into the road gutter and a proper run off around the edge of the building. Is it possible to arrange a visit and inspection? Regards, Rob Corlett
