Overgrown grass/nettles plus overhanging hedge making path hard to use.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
Pavement from corner of Court Drive and Wallingford Road towards the A4074 Shillingford roundabout. As per photos, people use this path regularly and, particularly if they are carrying bags, are forced to either “overhang” the road or simply walk along it. This problem happens every year and we’ve raised it for the past 8-9years. Nobody seems to take ownership for this path. One of the landowners hasn’t cut the hedge since purchasing the land. Meanwhile the vegetation growing from the path/ground level can reach 4-5ft high and lean over the pavement. Photos are actually from 26/5/18 - but illustrate the perennial issue clearly due to the members of the public walking.

I think someone has taken matters into their own hands. I know we’re not the only ones fed up with this annual saga.....and I can’t believe the council came along on a Saturday evening.
Some time between 430pm yesterday and 9 this morning somebody has chopped back the hedges and ground growth. However, there’s still loads of debris on the path that needs to be cleared. Hopefully the council will do a proper job and clear this all as well.
