  • Thank you for this report. This site was inspected earlier today and I have checked the Highway maps which show what is deemed to be the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council (OCC), Highways. The gully without a cover and full of silt that is in a driveway near to 118 is not shown to be on the Highway so is not deemed to be the responsibility of OCC. I am unable to help you further other than to suggest speaking to the adjacent neighbours as this section may show on their deeds or check the Land Registry website which may be able to help you https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry. This report is now closed.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
