Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

There used to be a disabled parking bay outside 38 Brampton Road which is no longer there but the pole for the sign for the space is right next to the hedge outside 38 Brampton Road making it difficult to trim the hedge. Please can the pole be removed.

  • According to the Traffic Regulation Order (the legal document that defines such spaces) there should be a disabled persons parking bay at this location. However, it is possible that the road marking has simply worn away or had been obliterated by roadworks. Consequently it is not possible for us to remove the post and we will add the reinstatement of the bay to our maintenance list this summer.
