Thank you for your report. Sorry I will need a bit more information than this before I am able to take any action. Do you have an address and/or more of a description of the issue? Is it causing a problem to the adjacent Highway etc, thank you.

It is in front of the property : 3 Middle Furlong, Didcot OX11 7SJ
I have attached my recent report so you can see how over grown it is, you can barely get to the front door.

Thank you for the extra information. I have checked the Highway map which show what is deemed to be the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council but it shows nothing behind the back edge of the footway. As we do not keep records of third party land I am unfortunately unable to help you further other than to suggest contacting Land Registry www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry.
