The top of Tower Hill has numerous damaged / dirty / useless / faded road signs

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 17:56, Sunday 12 May 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

The top of Tower Hill has numerous road signs that are either in desperate need of cleaning or have been damaged by recent road works which have caused them to lean or, as in the case at the junction of Tower Hill and Park Road the Park Road sign, is missing completely and the two protruding pieces of metal are extremely dangerous (See Photo). The round-a-bout sign for the Tower Hill / Burford Road Round-a-bout is facing the footpath therefore cannot be seen properly by drivers travelling from Tower Hill towards the Burford Road (See Photo). The various parking restriction signs are very dirty with mould some covered by vegetation and the sign to the Windrush Valley Estate and shops is almost unreadable (See Photo). I do not see any point in having road signs that are so dirty or facing in the wrong direction making them unreadable therefore please either clean them, fix them or remove them as they are currently useless. I have lived on Tower Hill on and off now for over sixty years and the condition of all the signs have never ever been this bad before.
