1) The pavement is sometimes blocked completely, meaning pedestrians having to head through the trees off the pavement or passing the vehicles by walking along the main road. 2) Lorries frequently churn mud up onto the pavement. The dried mud on the path forms ruts that are dangerous for cyclists. My son came off his bike as a direct result of this. 3) There are huge muddy indentations in what used to be the grass verge, and the layby has therefore become muddy and unsightly.

Thank you for your report. We have assessed it and found that it does not currently meet the criteria for intervention, so will not be fixing at this time. However we will continue to monitor the area closely.
