There is a light out outside and opposite 15 Ashdale Avenue and one outside number 23 Ashdale Avenue in the courtyard off Ashdale Avenue. Please confirm when these will be fixed ASAP as I have a young daughter.
Many thanks

I cant locate these on the map are they on the map provided ? If not it could be acase they are owned by a housing association and not OCC , sorry this isnt clear on our map, please let me know if the asset is shown on the map and we will raise the fault, if not on there then sadly they will be private units

We are in a courtyard off Ashdale Avenue, these lights are not on this map, if this is the case why do I not get reduced council tax if you can’t fix the lighting. This has been going on for 2 years, how are we supposed to get the lighting fixed and up and running. I need an answer to this ASAP.

Hi Helen I appreciate the concern, unfortunately as they are not on our asset map it would indicate that the lighting here is either private or still owned by the developer so it would be down to the developer to rectify as they are not owned or adopted by OCC for maintenance. I will investigate where i can this end to see if we have any information on who owns them as its strange these 2 are left off. As for council tax i cant really say , it would need a general email to the council tax officefor where the money goes.

We believe this issue was addressed but due to a technical error it hasn’t been updated on FixMyStreet. We now consider it fixed, but if the issue still exists please let us know by creating a new report on FixMyStreet: https://fixmystreet.oxfordshire.gov.uk a>.
