Overgrown Tree

Residents are concerned that the tree is over large and requires cutting back. A local councilor (who reported this) is also concerned about the overhang on Highlands. The request is for the tree to be reduced to overcome these issues. The tree is located on Highlands at the rear of 6 Hardwick Park

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely maintainable by the Town Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 250 340

  • This tree is not located on Banbury TC land and is definitely on OCC adopted public highway land
