Yellow lines are faded and need repainting in Bishop Kirk Place.
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 16:33, Thu 2 May 2019
Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
The double and single yellow lines in Bishop Kirk Plac are faded and near the entrance to the road appear to have been painted incorrectly the lsat time they were done (which must have been many years ago).
The poor condition of the lines is probably one of the reasons why parents dropping off / picking up children at the nearby Dragon School often leave their cars on the pavements, obstructing driveways or dangerously close to the junction with the main road. There have been several accidents at that junction in the last few years and there is quite likely to be a serious accident there at some point, given the illegal parking and number of children about.
