Lorries cannot turn - there is not enough room for long ( even shorter ones struggle) vehicles - we urgently need a sign at entrance ( plus one more at junction marked in map) of hamlet saying NO TURNING SPACE FOR LONG VEHICLES. Or No ACCESS TO HAMLET FOR LONG VEHICLES - DUE TO NO TURNING SPACE. I live at the junction marked. I see the panic on the face of the drivers no matter how good at reversing they are. They just don't know the problem they face before they enter hamlet. The problem is verge in front of Manor Farm House, Ledwell, OX7 7AN is constantly chewed up and had now receded so much that there is non left. Lorries have even reversed into my fence they simply cannot manage to turn in the small space - it is just too narrow. I have straightened the fence with welding expertise twice since i live here ( 3 years) and now the wall of the fence is damaged too! Meaning wall and fence need to be replace and verge need to be built up again. Please can we have signs and discuss how to solve the problem. tel 07958224272.
