I reported a street light that wasn’t working outside 52 Brashfield Road. The light is working but the cover is crooked so it is dangerous as it does not give enough light.

The cover on the light is crooked so there is not enough light and it is dark and dangerous. This is the light directly outside 52 Brashfield Road, Bicester. Thank you.

  • Ref:353464 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
