Pavement uplifted causing trip hazard outside 13 and 11

The pavement has uplifted and there is a long crack in the tarmac. Path surface is raised and uneven so is hazardous to pedestrians. Has got worse over last couple of months.

I can advise investigatory levels are that we would be looking at a flat faced upstand of 25mm, whether it is a high footfall area i.e. shopping area etc. At present we would not carry out any work to the footpath but will monitor .
